What this policy covers
This policy covers the Clinivocx website at https://www.clinivocx.com only. It describes information we collect from visitors to this site, such as people who request a demo or read our pages.
It does not cover patient information that Clinivocx processes on behalf of a medical practice using our service. That information is governed by our agreement with the practice and by the signed business associate agreement between us. Patients with questions about their own information should contact their practice.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the demo request form or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, practice name, work email address, phone number, practice size, and anything you write in a message field. Please do not include patient information in these forms.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard web analytics data: pages viewed, time on page, referring website, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, and device type. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, and page movement) to produce heatmaps and session replays. We mask the demo request form so that nothing you type into it appears in those recordings. Our hosting provider also keeps routine server logs.
How we use information
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run a demo, send information you asked for, and follow up about Clinivocx. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful, to fix problems, and to decide what to write next.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and our business, and only so they can perform that work for us: Vercel (website hosting), Google (Google Analytics), Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), and Amazon Web Services (email delivery and infrastructure).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Cookies and analytics choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using this site.
Retention
We keep demo requests and correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to keep normal business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, as described below.
Your requests
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email dev@clinivocx.com or call (410) 240-7165. We will respond within 30 days. If the state you live in gives you additional privacy rights, you can exercise them through these same contacts and we will honor them.
Children and changes to this policy
This site is intended for medical practices and their staff, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
