Two cases where we would point you at them instead.
You need one of their EHR integrations or specialty builds. They publish dedicated integration pages for athenahealth, ModMed, Elation, and eMedicalPractice, plus 12 specialty pages. Clinivocx does not integrate with any EHR, on purpose.
You are a larger group that wants a managed pilot. At 5-10 clinicians and up, a structured pilot with a vendor team alongside you is a sensible way to derisk a phone change. They run one; we run demos and a fast configuration instead.
They also state SOC 2 Type II and we do not have it. If your group requires a SOC 2 report to sign, that is a clean answer and it is not us.
