The pricing math

A seat you cannot count, or a tier you can

Genie publishes a starting price. What it buys is not defined on the page.

healow Genie publishes only “Pricing Starting at $249 Per Seat Per Month” (genie.healow.com/pricing, verified August 2026). Seat is not defined, no tiers are defined, and no overage rates are published, so the seat multiples above are illustrative arithmetic on their starting rate, not quoted prices. Clinivocx figures are our published tiers.
If a seat means this manyhealow Genie at $249 per seatClinivocx flat tier
1 seat$249/mo$799/mo (Small, 1 provider)
3 seats$747/mo$1,999/mo (Medium, 2-3 providers)
5 seats$1,245/mo$4,999/mo (Large, 4+ providers)
8 seats$1,992/mo$4,999/mo (Large, 4+ providers)
20 seats$4,980/mo$4,999/mo (Large, 4+ providers)

The honest read: at high seat counts Genie may well be the cheaper product. The problem is that you cannot tell before a sales call, because the page does not say whether a seat is a provider, a staff login, a phone line, or a concurrent call.

We publish three numbers and every feature sits in all three of them. See our full pricing.

Two different bets

Inside the EHR, or independent of it

This is the decision. Everything else follows from it.

The Genie bet

Live inside eClinicalWorks and healow. Named products for after-hours, campaigns, and no-show prediction.

The Clinivocx bet

Minimal PHI, no EHR project, signed webhooks. Configuration replaces integration, live in days.

The tradeoff

No EHR write-back from Clinivocx. If write-back is required, Genie is the stronger fit.

Genie lists five products: AI Agent, Intelligent Assistant, Automated After-Hours, Conversational Smart Campaigns, and No-Show Prediction. It also publishes 14 specialty pages, 12 named customer stories, and about 100 blog posts. That is a mature ecosystem product and it should be treated as one.

Be honest

When healow Genie is the better choice

One situation, and it is a common one.

You run eClinicalWorks and you want native integration. Genie is built by the same company as your EHR. Your schedule, your charts, and your patient records already live there. Clinivocx keeps its own schedule and pushes events out by signed webhook, which is a deliberate design choice, not a roadmap gap.

If native write-back into eCW is a requirement rather than a preference, that requirement decides this comparison and no pricing argument should change it.
