Clinivocx is an AI receptionist built for independent US medical practices. It answers patient calls 24/7, books and reschedules appointments, escalates urgent calls to your on-call protocol, and documents every conversation. Pricing is public: $799, $1,999, or $4,999 per month by practice size.
Why this exists
The phone is still the front door
Independent practices lose patients to voicemail, not to competitors.
A small practice cannot staff a phone line 168 hours a week. The call at 7:40 PM about a swollen jaw, the reschedule at lunch, the Spanish-speaking caller at 6:05 AM: those calls reach a voicemail box, and a fair share of them never call back.
Clinivocx exists for that gap. An answering service takes a message. Clinivocx completes the call: it books the appointment, answers the routine question, or escalates the urgent one, and hands your staff a written summary in the morning.

- Sign a BAA, require MFA, mask PHI, keep audit logs.
- Publish our prices where anyone can read them.
We do not
- Give medical advice. Ever. Clinical calls go to humans.
- Write into your EHR. We are not SOC 2 certified.
- Send SMS, or replace your front desk staff.
- Publish performance statistics we cannot substantiate.
