You want human voices on the phone. Smith.ai publishes real human receptionist plans. Clinivocx does not offer humans, and no AI sounds like a person who has worked your front desk for six years.
You also serve non-medical intake. If the same line takes calls for a legal, wellness, or consulting arm, a general service that handles all of it beats two vendors.
Your volume is very low. At 25 calls a month their Free AI plan is $0. A flat monthly tier cannot compete with free, and we will not pretend otherwise.
